Let’s talk
On her first day, a new colleague in a light blue tunic walks across the ward with an experienced colleague, who calmly explains how things work here

How we work

From your first question to a colleague who stays

Five steps. At every step you see what happens and what we ask of you.

Step by step

What happens at each step

  1. Step 1

    Your request

We get to know each other and talk about your ward, your team and your residents. What kind of colleague fits here? In that first conversation, Hilde gives you an honest estimate of who we can find and how long that will take.

What we ask of youTime for a good conversation and an honest picture of the ward.

  2. Step 2

    Selection

We search, hold the first interviews and check qualifications and references. You only see people who really fit you and your team.

What we ask of youYour view on the people we put forward, in the way we agree together.

  3. Step 3

    Preparing

We arrange the contract and the practical side. We plan together, including the first weeks on the ward.

What we ask of youA permanent ward and a permanent team.

  4. Step 4

    Placement

Your new colleague starts on your ward, in a permanent team. In the first weeks we ask you both how it’s going.

What we ask of youA team that helps your new colleague find their way in the first weeks.

  5. Step 5

    Support

We stay involved, with your colleague and with you. If something isn’t working, we help find a way.

What we ask of youA short conversation now and then about how it’s going, with you and your team.

Every shift starts with a good handover. Your new colleague is part of the team from day one.
