Our story
Started by someone from care
Hilde started out as a nurse at the bedside. Then she ran a healthcare staffing agency for twelve years. She saw how often a ward got new faces every week, and how good people left before they felt at home anywhere.
She wanted to do it differently. Permanent colleagues who stay for the long term, on one ward and in one team. GP Group gave her the room to build that. That’s how GP-Care began.
